Your documents are bonded, screened and regulated. We treat them that way.
Gantry's customers are bonded warehouses, TSA certified screening facilities and chain-of-custody operators. Here is how we look after their paperwork, in plain terms.
Your paperwork stays yours
- Your documents are kept apart from every other customer's, and they stay in the United States.
- Only your team can see your documents and your orders. Everyone signs in as themselves.
- Your documents are never used to train anything, and they are never shown to anyone else. The samples on this site are invented — no customer document has ever appeared in a demo or in our marketing.
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Mailbox access
Gantry only reads the mailboxes you point it at. You grant that access, you can take it back whenever you like, and nothing else in your email is touched.
Nothing disappears
Every order Gantry creates traces back to the document it came from. When Gantry isn't sure about something, it doesn't guess — it stops and shows a person the document. Nothing is quietly skipped, and no order exists without the paperwork behind it.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your documents for as long as you're a customer, and delete them within 30 days of you leaving or simply asking. You get confirmation when it's done.
